Give them a chance.

It's time to dispel the myths. It's time to embrace and encourage diversity!

But how well do you REALLY embrace this? Here is your chance to find out...

The aim of this Website is to make diversity management easy. This site has been designed to help you understand diversity; breaking down barriers and dispelling myths. Through the DIVERSITY CHALLENGE!, an online audit, surveys, feedback and learning zones we intend to provide you with a background to diversity, promote business cases and give you the knowledge and tools to support your employment of a diverse workforce.

That's great. So where do I start?

To gain the maximum benefit from this site, we need you to supply a few details and register with us. This gives you access to:

  • our DIY diversity audit
  • 'Learning Zones' packed full of useful information
  • access to events, courses and support

If you are registered, you can also use this site to track your learning so register with the site now.

For those businesses that undertake to follow through the DIY diversity audit and the 'Learning Zones', we will be giving you recognition both by way of a logo to place on your Website and on this Website.

Not convinced? We suggest you take our brief quiz. This will hopefully challenge your beliefs and understanding of the workforce in the UK.
